KENTRI is the harmonious marriage of an outstanding twice-distilled grape pomace distillate with honey of superb quality, aromatic cinnamon, cloves and other spices. With plenty of effort, knowledge and passion, its creator achieved that perfect balance of ingredients in a premium honey spirit with unique, rich flavor and elegant aromas.

Inspired by Greek tradition, KENTRI is confidently distilled into a singular, refined drink that comes determined to whisk us away to a realm of passion: Exceptional in quality, the honey graciously embraces the twice-distilled grape pomace distillate that is traditionally made from hand-picked Savatiano grapes, granting a subtle sweetness and a bright golden color. The spirit is then infused with fragrant spices, such as cinnamon and cloves, their aromas elegantly unraveling in an unexpectedly sophisticated, bright, perfectly balanced golden drink that is 22% ABV.
The result blows you away with its quality and character, leaving a lasting impression:

In the nose, it is an intricate explosion that goes above and beyond expectations. The bouquet of citrus fruits peel dominates, along with candied orange and Seville orange marmalade. Then come oh-so-elegant the spice notes of cinnamon, clove and nutmeg combined with floral hints of flower honey and chamomile.
In the mouth, it is velvety and rich, with an unexpected freshness of fruits, flowers, spices and herbs. A sun-kissed
Caipirinha with KENTRI
60 ml KENTRI
15 ml sugar syrup
1/2 lime ,quartered

Pour syrup and lime in an Old Fashioned glass and press the lime with a pestle. Add KENTRI and crushed ice. Stir. Top up with crushed ice. Garnish with a wedge of lime and a straw.
A twist on the
traditional Old Fashioned
30 ml KENTRI
30 ml Bourbon whiskey
2 dashes aromatic Bitters

Combine all ingredients with a little ice in a frosted mixing glass. Add ice and stir again, until it is exactly as you like it. Strain and serve in Old Fashioned glass with a large ice cube, garnished with orange peel and star anise.
The classic Tommy’s
Margarita goes… Greek
60 ml KENTRI
15 ml agave
30 ml lime juice

Mix all ingredients well in a shaker with ice. Double strain. Serve in a coupe glass, with a wedge of lime.
Sweet and sour – a refreshing
cocktail for good times

50 ml KENTRI
20 ml lime juice
15 ml vanilla syrup
25 ml passion fruit puree

Shake all ingredients with ice, double strain and serve in a coupe glass.
This punch
is Greek at heart
50 ml KENTRI
40 ml Don's Mix 2
(2 parts grapefruit juice, 1 part cinnamon syrup)
20 ml lime juice
30 ml pineapple puree

Shake all ingredients with ice. Double strain. Serve in Old Fashioned glass with ice. Garnish with star anise and cinnamon stick.
A quick, refreshing
cocktail oozing character
60 ml KENTRI
10 ml sugar syrup
10 spearmint leaves
1 splash of aromatic Βitters
1 splash of peach bitters

Gently press mint in a Julep cup. Add remaining ingredients and crushed ice. Stir. Garnish with a big sprig of mint and straw.
A sweet and sour cocktail with Kentri, scented with jasmine and fresh lime, topped up with dry sparkling wine.

25 ml Don's Mix 2 Jasmine Syrup
20 ml lime juice
Top Up prosecco dry

Shake all ingredients with ice and serve in a “highball” glass. Then, top up with Prosecco. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
Kentri Red Bull
60 ml KENTRI
10 ml sugar syrup
Top Up Red Bull

Put ice in a "Long Drink" glass, add KENTRI and fill with Red Bull. Garnish with orange peel.
