KENTRI stood out in the International Wine & Spirit Competition 2022* among 4,000 spirits from 90 countries and received a Silver Award for its sophisticated sweet taste and unique aromatic “identity”.

*IWSC was founded in 1969 by oenologist Anton Massel & since then it has been held on an annual basis. Today, it is one of the largest and most influential international competitions, attracting the interest of producers, buyers, distributors, tasters & specialists from all over the world. The evaluation process includes blind tasting & panel discussion, while the juries consist of world-class representatives of the global spirits’ market.

Inspired by Greek tradition, KENTRI is confidently distilled into a singular, refined drink that comes determined to whisk us away to a realm of passion: Exceptional in quality, the honey graciously embraces the twice-distilled grape pomace distillate that is traditionally made from hand-picked Savatiano grapes, granting a subtle sweetness and a bright golden color. The spirit is then infused with fragrant spices, such as cinnamon and cloves, their aromas elegantly unraveling in an unexpectedly sophisticated, bright, perfectly balanced golden drink that is 22% ABV.

In the nose, it is an intricate explosion that goes above and beyond expectations. The bouquet of citrus fruits peel dominates, along with candied orange and Seville orange marmalade.
